DELIVERY POLICY – CLIN BEAUTY
This Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on the website www.clinbeauty.shop and is valid for deliveries made in Romania and the European Union.
1. Delivery to Romania
Deliveries in Romania are made via Packeta/FAN Courier , to pick-up points or partner lockers.

FREE delivery for orders of minimum 250 RON
The price is fixed, regardless of location or order weight (within 5 kg).

2. Delivery to the European Union (EU)
International deliveries are processed through Packeta International .

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary.

3. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days .
During busy periods (holidays, promotional campaigns), processing may take up to 3 days.
Orders placed on weekends or non-business days will be processed the next business day.
4. Order confirmation and tracking
After processing and handing over your order to the courier, you will receive an automatic email with:

5. Packaging and weights
The products are packaged safely, using compliant boxes and protective materials.

These weights are automatically used by the system to calculate international delivery rates.
6. Unsuccessful deliveries / Incorrect addresses
Clin Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by:

incomplete or incorrect address
-
the courier's inability to contact the recipient
-
late pickup of parcels from Packeta/FAN Courier points
In the event of non-collection of the order, return costs may be deducted from the refund.
7. Returning parcels
If a package is automatically returned to us (expired at pick-up point, wrong address, etc.), we can only resend it after paying a reshipment fee.
