RETURN POLICY – CLIN BEAUTY

Thank you for choosing Clin Beauty. We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.
This Return Policy explains how you can return products purchased from www.clinbeauty.shop


1. Right of withdrawal – 14 days

According to the legislation in force (GEO 34/2014), you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days of receiving the package, without the need to justify your decision.

2. Return conditions

For a product to be eligible for return, it is necessary that:

✔ the product must be sealed

✔ the product must be unused

✔ the product must be in its original packaging , without damage

✔ the product must not show any signs of testing or opening

✔ included accessories, samples or bonuses must be returned together

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we do not accept opened or tested cosmetic products .


3. Products that CANNOT be returned

By law, the following are not eligible for return:

  • unsealed cosmetic products

  • products with damaged packaging after use

  • tested, opened, used products

  • products without original packaging

For the safety of all customers, these products cannot be resold.


4. Returning bundles

If you purchased a Clin Beauty set , returns are only accepted for the entire set .
Products in the package cannot be returned individually.


5. Return costs

The return cost is borne by the customer, except in situations where the product was:

  • wrongly delivered

  • manufacturing defect

  • damaged during transport (based on photo evidence)

The rate charged is that applied by the courier used (Packeta).

👉 If a package is NOT picked up from the delivery point and is returned to us, return costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.

6. The return process – simple steps

  1. Send a request to: kinoplanoffice@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number and the product you wish to return.

  3. You will receive instructions for sending the package.

  4. After the package reaches us, we check the integrity of the products (1–2 days)

  5. Within a maximum of 7 calendar days , the amount will be refunded.


7. Refund of money

The refund will be made through the same payment method used when placing the order:

  • bank card → refund directly to the card

  • PayPal → refund to PayPal account

  • refund → refund to a bank account provided by the customer

Clin Beauty does not offer cash refunds.


8. Defective or damaged products

If you received a damaged product or the wrong product:

  1. Take a photo of the package and the product received

  2. Send the images to kinoplanoffice@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  3. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.

Our priority is to resolve any situation quickly.
