1. Definitions

  • Customer / Buyer: the natural or legal person who places an order.

  • Seller: Clin Beauty, the website operator.

  • Products: cosmetic items and devices sold on the site.

  • Order: electronic document through which the customer expresses his intention to purchase products.

  • Contract: the distance agreement concluded between the customer and the seller.

2. General conditions

By accessing the site, you agree to:

  • You provide real and complete data.

  • You are using the site legally.

  • You do not attempt to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.

  • You respect the return, delivery and privacy policy.

Clin Beauty reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version is published on the website.

3. Products and prices

All prices displayed include all applicable taxes (we do not charge VAT, as we are non-VAT payers).

Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be processed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Product images are for presentation purposes only, and shades may vary slightly depending on the screen.

4. Placing orders

The customer can place orders:

  • directly on the website

  • by creating an account or as a guest

  • by filling in the necessary data for delivery

After placement, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email.

The order is considered valid only after its verification and acceptance by Clin Beauty.

5. Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank card (Stripe / Shopify Payments)

  • PayPal (for international)

Payment is processed under maximum security conditions. Clin Beauty does not have access to card data.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made via Packeta/FAN Courier , according to the Delivery Policy available on the site.

Romania:

  • 17 RON

  • Free over 250 RON

  • 1–3 business days

European union:

  • 100 RON

  • Free over 700 RON

  • 4–7 business days

7. Right of withdrawal (return)

The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt, according to the legislation of GEO 34/2014.

The products must be:

  • sealed

  • unused

  • in the original packaging

  • no signs of damage or opening

Unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned for health protection reasons.

8. Warranty

All products are original and new.

The massage device is covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects, according to current legislation.

For cosmetics, the warranty is valid within the expiration date.

9. Limitation of liability

Clin Beauty is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by couriers

  • incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • damage caused by incorrect handling after delivery

  • using products in a manner other than recommended

  • unforeseen individual reactions (allergies, sensitivities)

The customer is responsible for checking the ingredient list before use.

10. Fraud and abuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that present suspicions of fraud, incomplete data or abusive behavior.

11. Intellectual property

The content of the site (texts, images, logo, design, descriptions, photos) is the property of Clin Beauty.
Use without written consent is prohibited.

12. Force majeure

Neither party can be held liable in the event of unforeseeable events:
natural disasters, pandemics, wars, cyberattacks, major service disruptions.

13. Applicable legislation

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, in the competent courts in Romania.
