Website clinbeauty.shop is operated by Clin Beauty ("we", "us", "store", "seller"). Accessing the website and placing an order constitutes full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions below.
Please read all information carefully before using our services.
1. Definitions
- Customer / Buyer: the natural or legal person who places an order.
- Seller: Clin Beauty, the operator of the website.
- Products: cosmetic items and devices sold on the website.
- Order: electronic document through which the customer expresses his intention to buy products.
- Contract: the distance agreement concluded between the customer and the seller.
2. General conditions
By accessing the site, you agree to:
- You provide real and complete data.
- You are using the site legally.
- You're not trying to compromise the security or functionality of the platform.
- Comply with the return, delivery, and privacy policy.
Clin Beauty reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. The updated version is published on the website.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices shown include all applicable taxes (we do not charge VAT as we do not pay VAT).
Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will be processed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Product images are for presentation purposes only, and shades may vary slightly depending on the screen.
4. Order Placement
The customer can place orders:
- directly on the website
- by creating an account or as a visitor
- by filling in the data necessary for delivery
After placement, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation email.
The order is considered valid only after verification and acceptance by Clin Beauty.
5. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank card (Stripe / Shopify Payments)
- PayPal (for international)
- Cash on delivery
The payment is processed in maximum security. Clin Beauty does not have access to card data.
6. Delivery
Deliveries are made by FAN Courier/Fedex/DPD, according to the Delivery Policy available on the website.
Romania:
- 25 RON
- Free over 150 RON
- 1–2 business days
The European Union:
- 100 RON
- Free over 700 RON
- 5 working days

7. Right of withdrawal (return)
The customer has the right to return the products within 14 days of receipt, according to GEO 34/2014.
The products must be:
- Sealed
- unused
- In the original packaging
- No signs of damage or opening
Unsealed cosmetics cannot be returned for health protection reasons.

8. Warranty
All products are original and new.
The massage device benefits from a warranty for manufacturing defects, according to the legislation in force.
For cosmetics, the warranty is valid within the validity period.
9. Limitation of Liability
Clin Beauty is not responsible for:
- delays caused by couriers
- Incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- damage caused by incorrect handling after delivery
- Use of the products in a manner other than recommended
- Individual unforeseen reactions (allergies, sensitivities)
The customer is responsible for checking the ingredient list before use.
10. Fraud and abuse
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspected of fraud, incomplete data, or abusive behavior.
11. Intellectual Property
The content of the site (texts, images, logo, design, descriptions, photos) is the property of Clin Beauty.
Use without written consent is prohibited.
12. Force majeure
None of the parties can be held responsible in case of unforeseeable events: natural disasters, pandemics, wars, cyberattacks, major service interruptions.
13. Applicable law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law.
Any dispute will be settled amicably, and failing that, in the competent courts of Romania.
