📦 Orders and Delivery

How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered within 24–48 business hours from dispatch, anywhere in Romania. Orders placed by 12:00 PM on business days are usually handed over to the courier on the same day. 

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free for orders over 150 lei. For orders below this value, the delivery cost is 25 lei.

Which courier do you use for delivery? We deliver via FAN Courier/ DDP/Fedex. We also offer locker delivery.

Can I pay on delivery (cash on delivery)? Yes. We accept cash on delivery, as well as online card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. 

How do I track my order? After dispatch, you will receive an email with the AWB number, which you can use to track your parcel on the courier's website. 

Do you also deliver outside Romania? Yes. We deliver in the EU, shipping cost 100 lei, delivery time 5 business days.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product? Yes. According to legislation (GEO 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason.

Important: for hygiene reasons, unsealed cosmetic products cannot be returned. Products must be returned in their original packaging, sealed and unused. 

How do I return a product?

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt at contact@clinbeauty.shop.
  2. Send the product to the address: Bucharest, Doctor Carol Davila street 21A, apt 30.
  3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

When will I get my money back? We will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 days from the notification of withdrawal, via bank transfer.

What if the product arrived damaged? Contact us within 24 hours of receipt at contact@clinbeauty.shop, with photos of the product and the package. We will replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

🧴 Products and Usage

Who are ClinBeauty products created for? Our formulas are primarily developed for mature skin (35+), focusing on hydration and supporting the skin's barrier. 

Who formulates the products? All products are formulated by pharmacists, with an emphasis on skin barrier balance and supporting natural moisturizing factors (NMF).

How long does it take to see results? The feeling of comfort and hydration appears from the first applications. Results depend on skin type and consistency of routine.

How do I use the Hydra-Nourishing serum? Apply morning and evening, on clean skin. It can be followed by your usual cream and, in the morning, by sunscreen.

Can I combine Clin Beauty products with other skincare products? Yes, the formulas are designed for easy integration into an existing routine. 

How are Clin Beauty formulas selected? We choose products developed by specialized manufacturers and evaluate the composition, active ingredients, and available technical documentation. Our goal is to offer formulas we can trust and recommend responsibly.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding? We recommend discussing any cosmetic product with your doctor during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The full list of ingredients (INCI) is available on the packaging for you to check with your doctor.

Are the products tested on animals? No. Clin Beauty products are marketed in accordance with European Union legislation on cosmetic products. Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 prohibits the testing of cosmetic products on animals and the marketing of cosmetic products tested on animals within the EU.

What is the shelf life? The expiration date and period after opening are marked on each package.

Can I use multiple discount codes on the same order? No.

Do I receive an invoice? Yes, a fiscal invoice is issued for each order and included in the parcel.
